What's at stake for me? Snow. I seriously can't imagine my winters without going up to the mountain and skiing each week. For the past ten years winters have slowly been dwindling. Snow levels are rising each year and winters are becoming shorter and shorter. People need to be aware of climate change and need to start taking initiative. There are so many different things people can do to start taking that initiative. Some of those things are: get a more efficient car or take public transportation, change your lightbulbs, turn your water heater down, use reusable water bottles, etc.
